She appears to have been treated unfairly, due to overzealous execution of an unclear policy (I use the verb "appears" in fairness to TOU Guy), so why would she want to come back?

No, no no no. Fuck that. here's why:

They aren't even *pretending* to learn how their system is being abused. they are IGNORING actuallyillegal uses to concentrate on dicky little things like deleting me and my pals. Their collective defense is naked malfeasance. Their strategy is the fabulous politician-shuffle: coyly say *nothing* in response to direct and pertinent questions while waxing poetic over smoke-screens and LIES.

Whatever the reason for this behavior by "Walter" is, it is what it is. I won't pretend I think it's "all good" because it isn't.

I'm quite certain - in the absence of a single shred of any contrary evidence - that I was deleted because i championed free speech directly to the staff and did not kiss their asses and tell them how "cool" they were. Walter made it clear to me that he didn't like me personally - in fact, seems quite proud of it - and lost all right to respect as an authority figure when he began his program of ignoring pertinent questions about the very thread topic he'd started himself. I don't care what kind of restrictions he's under, because I was never getting paid for my contributions to tribe.net. He has taken a personal role and must now accept that he has personal responsibilities. Tough toenails.

This message board was established *after* it "got out of control". It'll get back "under control" when the lying bullshit ceases and the apologies are tendered. Until then, I don't think anyone should be surprised that there are now ENEMIES instead of rascally friends here. Enemies are what you get when you attack people for no reason.
